We’ve always shared a deep-seated desire to create. Kathrin began her journey in Los Angeles, study performing arts and film production, while Brian moved west after college to pursue music writing. Like many creative paths, ours was never linear. Diverging from our original intentions led us toward new forms of expression and, ultimately, into the worlds of design and development.

Today, Kathrin works as a designer and photographer, bringing her sharp visual eye to interiors and branding. She has a background in motion picture production, social media marketing, and brand building, and also founded and operated the bohemian clothing line Gypsan. Brian is a full-time real estate developer and designer, and a part-time musician (listen to his current solo piano project here: www.templerising.com). He bridges creativity with execution, pairing design sensibilities with practical expertise in real estate and construction. With a B.S. in Business Administration, a California Real Estate License, and a California General Contractor’s License, Brian brings versatility and technical grounding to every project.

Together, we merge creativity with practical know-how. With over a decade of hands-on experience managing our own Airbnbs as well as other properties, we understand this business inside and out — from the guest experience to the operational details. Our combined backgrounds in design, build, and management allow us to transform spaces while running them with professionalism and efficiency.
